In full time practice since 1995, I specialize in massage for injuries and illnesses. With over 500 hours of certification, and numerous workshops, my wide variety of techniques and experience allow me to customize modalities to implement an effective treatment plan for each individual client.  A background in Hydrotherapy, Reflexology and Hypnotherapy (used for deep relaxation in pain management cases), have also created the opportunity to write and teach courses at my alma mater, the Asten Center of Natural Therapeutics, in Texas.   I am currently seeking teaching certification for California, working on a sequel to my book and workshop "My Kitchen, Your Spa", and studying for the National Massage Therapy Exam.          
 
My techniques are designed to help you get to your pain free living goals as easily as possible.  I custom mix massage modalities, including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Trigger Points, along with Swedish massage and stretching to increase your range of motion, vitality & energy! 

As educational co-ordinator for a local networking group of small business owners, it is my job to assist the chapter in navigating through the world of networking.  Recently, I took advantage of an opportunity to go further within Business Network International, and have become an assistant director of a sister chapter.  Keeping in touch with other small business owners is rewarding and benefits all of us in terms of professionalism, support and increased business.  If you would like more information on the opportunities of networking, please email me.
